I came to attempt to get my ticket for a trip that I already purchased online.  I got there at a little after 2:40 pm. All the doors were locked exept one. Some kid tells me that they close at 3. I told him that it's not even 2:45 yet, I have over 15 minutes. He said that since this is his last bus, he's closed and I have to come back later when they open.   I told him that this was a total crock of BS and I'm calling corporate and walked away. He started yelling at me to not come back. I called corporate and filed an official complaint.  
Greyhound had a slogan a few years ago, "upgrade everything". Perhaps they should try some!!!

This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades and the staff is super rude. None of the outlets on the bus worked and you were lucky to get a working reading light. Yesterday there were very long delays, which is understandable because it's the holidays, but once we finally arrived in Reno (3 hours after our scheduled arrival)  the staff wouldn't even let us out the front door. A staff member yelled that they were closed and kicked all of the passengers out onto the street, some of which had very young children and it was freezing outside. This is extremely bad customer service. I will say that Oakland's staff was amazing and were very nice and kept their cool through all the confusion and delays, but I will not be riding with Greyhound again.

Had the most unusually pleasant experience, the employee Nick was very kind and helped me get an earlier bus. Think I met THE ONE on my way home too! Anyway had to leave a review because the unique experience has changed my perspective!

Horrible service!
Dirty station, dirty buses.
The buses are usually cancelled and they never notify you about the cancellations. Even if you call them they never know whether the bus will leave or not. Even if you call them 15 minutes before the departure.
