They are very racist. They went as far as to cut off access to Sun Valley after midnight only because they found out Black people often work Swing shift and some live in Sun Valley. If you work evenings and live in sun Valley, you're held prisoner in downtown with access only to casinos. You have to wait until 5 for the next bus but you can't wait on the property. They only do this because they hate Black people!

Its alot nicer and more safe then down town Reno bus station. Alot of criminal activity goes on at the Reno station and security is rarely around.

The station is very clean and quiet as well as spacious. The customer service counter has been closed. There's only the security and the cleaning crew. It is conveniently located in downtown Sparks,
