My wife and I stopped at the station in downtown Reno at 4:35 pm on a Sunday to purchase tickets. The sign stated "Open until 4:45 pm. daily" but the doors were locked. I saw a blond woman at the counter in an otherwise empty station. I politely knocked at the door and she looked at me and mouthed "closed." So much for customer service! So I guess we will fly to our destination.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restroom at station horrific; needs cleaning and sanitizing. Would help if facilities required a token to use.

The ticket clerk James is always so amazing. Station is in a great location. Well kept up with the cleansing.  Great display of the history of the railroad
