The customer service is genuinely very awful. My bus to Saint Louis was six hours late, stuck in Oklahoma City. The employees had no idea why, which is fine, but were unreasonably callous regarding the momentous inconvenience. One lady was mocking, she raised her brows to say "tough luck!" and walked away from me at the counter without any other recognition upon me asking for clarification about my bus. The receptionist at the Greyhound counter was somehow even less helpful. I respectfully told her about the fact that I've had issues with Greyhound in the past for this same reason, hoping she could give me some decent human sympathy, and she exasperatedly said "It's transportation, you can't rely on anything!" with bug eyes. I found that to be self righteous and nonsensical, peculiar coming from a clerk who has nothing directly to do with the bus. When the bus finally arrived six hours after scheduled (there are no benches or chairs or anything of the sort, you have no choice but to sit on a cold curb the whole time), the bus driver was as confused as we are about how late he was. The whole experience was cartoonishly awful. It is so regularly off schedule that I would recommend anyone to spend the extra money for a plane ticket, or buy a bus ticket for a day or two earlier than you need to be there Unapologetic and awful service all around.

My brother came in from out of town only to find out that Greyhound lost his baggage. Although that is not the fault of this particular station, the reaction from the attendant was not exactly helpful. When he expressed upset over losing most of his belongings he was told it is not Greyhound's responsibility. Instead, it is the passenger's. We are not sure how that is possible considering they were supposed to load the baggage under the bus and make sure it got to the right destination. When he said that he disagreed and expressed his upset over the situation, the attendant didn't like his attitude and had him leave. Who wouldn't be mad about paying over $300 on a ticket and then losing several hundred dollars on personal belongings? Inexcusable reaction on the attendant's part.

The bathrooms are dirty. The customer service and facility quality leave much to be desired. The location, however, is convenient

I did not feel lost. Was guided perfectly. Just not 5 stars because i feel the place could have been more cleaner.

Never use greyhound ever again. The absolutely worst customer service ever. Left me stranded in Joplin MO. 50 miles from my destination. Waited 10 hours for a bus that never came. Customer service would give no information on reason for delay. Very snooty people. Had to find my own ride. Luckily had friends close by.
