My first impression of this place as I'm getting dropped off to leave from CLT to Chicago, there is a woman yelling at a employee about how the bus left with her belongings and left her there. I embark in what I believe to be a 29hr bus ride but instead it was at least 3 hrs longer. If you aren't on a straight shot bus your going to have a layaway at some bust terminal at some point. So there I am at a terminal at 3am hungry as can be but every vending machine item is at least $2 in the terminals so you have to leave either with or without.o your luggage bc someone WILL steal it. The buses were messy the Greyhound driver was rude and he was speeding the whole time. I'm not sure how fast these buses are supposed to go but he was going about 80mph I felt like my life was in danger.

They have vending machines and a cool or warm place to wait oh yea they have restrooms also

No one is available for incoming calls terrible customer service. People would like to talk to a real person not get questions answered online Greyhound is the worst!

25 min layover turned into 5 hours and while questioning a grumpy employee as to how this happened I was threatened by him. He then tried to have the security guard kick me off the premises and strand me 200 miles from my destination. Yo top it off the second leg of the trip bus number 6380 broke down in Bekley WV and we sat for 8 hours. An 11 hour trip took 24 hours! I got home and had my ticket refunded. Greyhound used to be a reliable form of transportation. Not anymore.
