Not a great Greyhound station, but I guess you cannot expect the best buildings when using a company that caters to people traveling economically, although the Nashville and Memphis station is very modern and clean. I do not think the building is wheelchair accessible (as the entrance has no ramp alongside the stairs and I have never seen as elevator), although you can check by calling them. There has always been a security guard on duty that seems to actually care about people and ensures everyone is safe. Just keep a close eye on your belongings and you should be fine.

Had a blast in the town, employees after midnight were a little less than friendly, and ticket woman in the early morning even got mad because I told her to smile, it is what it is, if you can't be nice to customers, you SHOULDN'T be in a customer service position. She acted like she was on a throne and had more power than she should have had. Then the cleaning lady told me I could not have anyone help me with my bags, I needed to do it myself. If you don't like people, don't work with people. It's okay I know that the next 10000 people I meet will make up for a few snotty attitudes, but they lost two stars with me. I do have to say that Knoxville showed me a good night otherwise though

I have traveled a lot with Greyhound. I have traveled different routes coast to coast. Knoxville is by far my least favorite. The place is not clean at all, they have no place to buy food except over priced vending machines. Upon entering the station is creepy. It is dark and you don't dare leave the station. The places smells like a semi clean nursing home. I felt a great relief leaving that station.

Inside staff is grumpy. It's small & crowded. It's laid out very oddly. But some of the staff behind the desk were snapping & not nearly as helpful as I have come to expect from.Greyhound. It was very crowded. I also thought this would be a good spot for a better terminal than this little hole in the wall place.

The staff here are so kind and will help you if you need it. Was so kind as to even give cookies to my family who was waiting there for six hours. The bus drivers are mostly nice though you can get a crappy one from time to time.
