I don't understand the negative reviews, the trolley system in Gatlinburg is so simple to use my 7 year old grandson could tell me exactly where the trolleys were on each route using the app..All the trolleys stop at the Aquarium and there is a live board with arrival times...The drivers were friendly and we especially enjoyed the lady driving the Yellow route to the Arts and Crafts Community. We also did the Christmas Lights tour and had an awesome narrator...

Went on the Christmas trolley. Was very informative and our guide was great! I don't remember her name but it was the 6:30pm train on December 13th.

Waited in the rain for trolley, then rode through EVERY stop except mine. Driver wouldn't stop at my stop, took us back to the hub by Ripley' s, then got off and shut the door without a word. My family and I walked back a mile in cold rain. I highly suggest you DO NOT ride the trolley, or you may find yourself stranded in bad weather.

We got everywhere we wanted on the trolleys.   Drivers were very accommodating and informative.   Mostly on time but there were delays when traffic was slow as you would expect.   Much better than having to drive.

A lot of potential, but severely lacking in practical use for tourists and locals alike with current scheduling practices.
