Waited over an hour and a half after our departure time before the bus arrived. Although staff inside was pleasant, no one could explain the delay. You have to wait outside luggage and all, because there is no room inside, definitely too small to properly serve it purpose. There is no restroom, and no place to get a drink or anything. The staff was the only part that wasn't bad about this location. Loved Morristown Tennessee, people great, bus station needs serious work.

A DRIVER TOOK ME FROM TUCSON ARIZONA THROUGH TEXAS AND TENNESSEE SHE SUCKED. THE DRIVER THAT TOOK ME FROM TENNESSEE TO VIRGINIA WAS VERY GOOD BUT THAT ONE THAT TOOK ME FROM TUCSON ARIZONA THROUGH TEXAS AND TENNESSEE SHE WAS A { NEVERMIND NOT VERY NICE. }

Terrible and rude service and no public restroom. Had to wait in cold and walk a mile to use bathroom
