Worst Experience of my life ! After waiting 2 hours for a bus I couldn’t get on it. Then they rescheduled me for a later bus and it didn’t even show up. So then I had to wait until someone was available to drive the bus route!

I honestly don't know how you stay in business... My brother flew into St Louis to go home to Iowa, his connected ride misses him.. leaving him stranded.. Greyhound not only refused to sell him a ticket for a bus leaving the next morning, they also refused to let him wait at the terminal to be there on time to purchase a ticket this morning.. he ended up going back to the airport to sleep.. now he's stranded in St Louis until tomorrow morning, when they will hopefully allow him to purchase a ticket, so he can get home 2 days late. What is wrong with you people. Not everyone is a homeless junkie looking for a place to crash.. some people are paying customers, just trying to get home.

Over booked my bus and was delayed for 5 hours.
What made it even worse is my final stop was Kansas city,mo
Only 4 hours away. And no food voucher for me i had to spend ovet $20 for overpricing simple items like milk and juice

I remember going to Florida with my family on greyhound and I would give it three stars only because of the bathroom and the toilet doesn't flush so when you take a crap the smell can be bad. I would bring some spray so I don't get suffocated by the nasty smell. The upside about greyhound is i haven't had any issues with the bus driver they didn't leave me behind when it was time to go to our destination. I mean I like riding the bus because it's cheaper and it saves you money and gas money so you don't have to take a car if you don't want to.I know that this isn't about the St Louis MO location but overall other than the bathroom incident my experience with greyhound has been good i mean same thing with the Chinatown buses in the lower east side i mean I was leaving to go home to New York from Georgia and i was running a bit late and the bus driver,bless his heart was nice enough to let me board the bus even though it was almost ate.But honestly I would recommend greyhound to anyone😃
