Ok.  I travel by bus and train alot.  This location is pretty cool compared to let's say St. Louis.  I always travel priority, and I have to say it once.  When my bus boards they come looking for me and place me where I belong.  I noticed that they also hired a Spanish speaking person, which is pretty great.  The food area has some great choices.  It not that far from downtown.  You can take an Uber and get a variety of food if you have a longer layover.

A long bus ride but at least the seats were comfortable and my baggage didn't get lost.

It was ok. Only one person handling tickets so even though she was very nice, it was a long wait and people were trying to pay people for their spots in line.

In a sketchy neighborhood lady at the desk was rude didnt act like she wanted to help with my travel concerns would not recommend unless you really need it
