The drivers are rude and inconsiderate. Bus was delayed five hours because of no driver. Ridiculous!!!!! 
Nobody at the 800 number can answer questions and they all are uninformed. Rated one star because without it you can not rate, if possible I would rate a negative 12. I understand that there are no other bus lines, hence the rude atitudes of all greyhound employees. Good money paid for terrible service. I would not recommend my dog to ride your bus because he deserves better service!!!

I read some of the comments finding the busses clean! The busses are anytime but clean! The finger prints on the windows, corners are food residues everywhere, floors. Either they don't know what clean means or they just have lack of sense how the busses should be! European Boss companies have TV 's in each seats like the planes, food service, a functioning wi-fi..GREYHOUND IS JUST HORRIBLE!
