The customer service in general, are VERY disrespectful towards individuals that pay for this experience! One guy who didn't know any English, was LITERALLY yelled at by a driver and was told by the driver that "I don't got time for this". And when they ask for us customers to help them, they demand it from us like we "supposed" to do it. They treated everyone disrespectfully in the bus and in the station, the guards in the station demand everyone to do stuff. When we pay for the experience of the "Greyhound" Shouldn't it be as pleasant riding it as it seems? I paid $200, and it WILL be my last time riding this. I'd rather pay $150 more for a flight then EVER deal with this type of disrespect towards customers. I'm a nationwide sales representative and everyone that I know or meet, WILL hear of this til I hear a change in this messed up greyhound system. You guys should change the motto from, US paying you too make your jobs easier. To, US paying you to treat us for supporting this business. Hope to hear different about this bus or your out money.

The current pick up location for Lawrence is in front of City Hall. I purchased tickets for another passenger and was told by Greyhound the passenger would be able to pick up tickets prior to boarding at City Hall. This is incorrect information. THERE IS NO TICKET PICK UP IN LAWRENCE. When I called Greyhound back, they refused to issue an email ticket and told me the passenger had to travel to Topeka to pick up his ticket.

attention every one: cannot UNrecommend the old GreyDog enuff. have been on buses 3 times when we ran out o' gas. Worst was being stranded in Fort Bridger, WY... at an unauthorized stop... at 3am... completely unprofessional.  Prolly don't pay their drivers what they're worth. Until MegaBus comes to your town, this "operation" is ALWAYS my last resort.

Do not wait at this dead stop even if you see greyhound signage. Absolutely no service from this location

Wrong address! Don't go to this stop, bus never showed and left our young nephew stranded alone here waiting in the dark. Greyhound customer service was awful and unhelpful as well!!
