I was 22 hrs delayed finally ending in a 10 hour layover in Memphis. The managers are very polite and courteous but the general staff especially the cashier's are very rude and made a slightly racist comment calling me a white boy. Because I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor after being delayed a second time here in Memphis. Greyhound needs to change there way of doing business before someone opens a new bus line and takes all there business. I for one am considering alternate transport in the future. They have lost a life long customer.

The place when you get there reminds you of a very industrialized area, busy as all get out. Once inside the station you walk through the doors into a very vast space that is opening its arms ready to embrace you lovingly as only it can. Upon looking around the first thing that claws for your attention are the cleanliness orderly fashion in which it is being run, as if they have an active 4-star general at the helm of the organization. Very friendly enviroment with free Wi-Fi that works really good. Its a full station with all the modern amenities we come to expect, full handicap accessibilities, public bathrooms, snack bar, hot food, and, ATM also available.

Customer service was very professional and prompt with handling a online purchase concern. I would recommend this location to family.

This is one of the nicer Greyhound stations I have been to. There is a help desk!--separate from the ticket desk--the only one I have ever seen at a Greyhound station. They have a Large charging station for phones. Decent cafe with a variety of food options and efficient staff. Sufficient seating in the waiting area. They even have a small free library where you can take or leave books. And they have Memphis travel information like a big city map posted and city bus schedules available there. I would not advise straying outside the station during your stop but security inside the station is good.

Our bus was delayed 2 whole freakin’ hours. The supervisor was just stupid and the ticket printer was out of service. Just sad and pathetic.
