Story

Conveniently located about 17-minutes from Fort Campbell, Griffin Gate Apartments is located right off of the Eagle Way Bypass in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and provides a very convenient location with quick- and-easy access to several groceries, retail outlets, restaurants, doctors offices, pharmacies, recreational facilities and other important community essentials.

Our one, two and three bedroom apartments are designed with convenience and efficiency in mind. Spacious hallways lead to the Master Suite bedroom which has direct private access to a fully serviced second bathroom that includes: a wide wall-sized vanity and roomy walk-in shower. Both the master bathroom and second bathroom are fully afforded with ceramic tile, access to linen closets.

Our open-space style kitchens offer easy, direct access: to the accent-lighted dining area, and provides easy access to the counter-top bar area. The bar-top is an excellent spot to stop and grab a bite to eat while watching the news or ballgame or just spending time with friends and family.

The private utility room provides additional cabinet storage and easy access to the washer and dryer from the kitchen or hallway area. The stainless steel or black appliances (including stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal) provide a perfect match of form and function coordinated with the cabinet space, and elegant counter tops.

Each abode features efficient wiring including CAT 5 cabling professionally installed by AT&T (available in all rooms), Energy Star rated lighting, water heaters, and appliances, and eco-friendly premium environmental heating, cooling, and water systems. These features are not only earth-friendly, but also provide our tenants with fantastic savings on utility costs.

For your privacy, all apartments are constructed with six-inch exterior walls, and sound-resistant interior double-walls. Also, all of our apartments are insolated with state-of-the-art cellulose to provide highly efficient heating and cooling.

Accommodating scenic-view patio & balconies provide enough space for a swing, a table, and seating for several people as well as a secure storage room with a nine-foot ceiling.

For added safety and protection from the elements, fully lighted, covered and conveniently located carports are available to our residents.
