If the AC breaks, don't expect them to fix it.

When we moved, the apartment wasn't cleaned. Requested it to be cleaned and it never got cleaned. When we called for maintance, they would say they would send someone, but they never came. Some of the office workers were very rude!

I really enjoyed living at these apartments.  I didnt have to ask twice to have something fixed and chose these apartments because they had the nicest office people out of the other apartments I and my sister visited.  The only reason I don't give them an excellent rating is they lacked a playground for my little one although there was plenty of grassy areas for her to play in.  If I ever move back to Kentucky I would definitely go back to Oak Tree.  I really miss you guys!  Sheila!
