Came home from work, knew I had an issue as soon as I walked in. Remembered seeing there trunks in town at a neighbors, called, a service tech came out that night. Bad compressor. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford a new compressor. My unit, isn't even 8 yrs old. Griffith called that afternoon, to say they found my part, it was under warranty and I only had to pay labor. They returned promptly when they said they would, had a new compressor installed.  It cost to the very dollar what I was quoted. The original tech and the two service men that came today, were  very professional and kind. I have only the up most respect for there professionalism . I will sleep tonite cool comfort. Thank you everyone from the service department who helped make this experience as easy as possible.

We are new renters and this is our first time ever having an oil heating unit. We got a cold snap in spring, and ran out of oil. After a really poor experience with Roach, we shopped around for a better place. I called Griffith expecting to set up a simple service call because after Roach, our furnace did no work. I only hoped to have them come within the next week, but they were horrified that we didn't have heat and sent a technician within an hour to fix it! My kids were so grateful to have a warm home in which to sleep and a warm bathroom in which to shower. Then Griffith even went the extra extra mile by calling the next day and checking in on us. What fantastic people they have working there. We now have an account and will use NO ONE else. Thank you!

Great experience today. An emergency call, on a Saturday. Called and had a tech at my house within an hour. A/c was up and running soon after. Reasonable bill considering it was a weekend emergency.
