He did a truly mediocre job on the total replacement of our roof. The job took months, the metal roof wasn't installed per the manufacturer's specifications panels overlapped incorrectly, screws overtightened and not properly spaced and unsurprisingly it leaked right away.

We used Threadgill Roofing/GC to do some repairs from a inspection report and he was very responsive and got us the estimate quickly and was able to begin work same day. Once he got on the roof he actually went above and beyond to do repairs he saw needed to be done. Will was very informative and throughly explained all repairs once the work was completed. Thanks for your hard work!

Had them come out to do some repairs and seems like they did a good job, however; they were supposed to come out and finish one thing which until this post has not been done. I have called several time and even texted the contractor with out any response. I'm getting very frustrated.

Called them twice, said they would come out and give estimate, been almost a week, no body showed up, not even a phone call, if this is the way they do business, I don't want any part of it
