Grill Caliente is the product of over 30 years of restaurant industry experience. It is built on principles of quality, consistency, and service. Our food can be described as Southwestern. To us, that means chili. We have numerous chili inspired dishes and offer a variety of items off the grill including, burgers, steaks, and tacos. The menu highlights healthy items such as all New Mexico beef, all natural chicken, and imaginative vegetarian options. Our wine list features diverse grape varietals by the glass and by the bottle.
If we have learned anything, it is – you’re only as good as your last meal. We pride ourselves in providing an enjoyable experience that begins the moment you walk in the door. Our staff is warm and welcoming, our food is delicious, and our décor is beautiful. However, our restaurant is incomplete without you.
