Casa Blanca Is One Of The Most Popular Mexican Food Restaurants In Ruidoso. Started In 1984, And Built From A Remodeled Spanish Style House, The Business Has Become A Favorite For Tourist And Local Patrons. The Menu Includes Authentic Mexican Food, Often Spiced With New Mexico Green Chile. Among The Items At The Top Of Casa’s Most Popular List Are Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, Green Chile Chicken Burritos, And Chile Rellenos.
A Solid Lineup Of Starter Items Include, Fajita Steak Nachos, And Stuffed Jalapenos In Addition To Numerous Choices For Salads & Soups. The Lunch Menu Offers Most Of The Favorites – In Smaller Portions, And A Children’s Menu Is Available For Children Under 10 Years Old. PAY Attention to your receipt! Gratuity charges of 18% is included in your bill/receipt. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids (large group?). There was no sign or posting for "Gratuity included" on your receipt (that we noticed). However, our waiter JOHNATHON was EXCELLENT ! Our food was FAST and incredible and the price was reasonable. The chips/salsa were also plentiful and Awesome ! We are very generous but not noticing the gratuity included, we ended up giving him nearly 30% tip on top of the 18% tip that was INCLUDED in the bill. However, I guess that is our fault for not reading the receipt CLOSELY, but never again will we miss that little "slip" of extra cost into the overall bill. Thankfully, our waiter was Excellent and deserved at least 25% TIP (normally)! If he / she was not excellent, I would insist on taking the mandatory 18% TIP off the bill.

The food was very tasty but we had a few complaints of some of it being cold. We love the salsa. There were 8 of us and our server was not attentive at all. She forgot to bring out chips, didn't come back very often for refills or more chips or for our alcoholic drinks. She didn't look all that busy, but I could have been wrong. We don't mean to judge but the service can definitely be improved upon. We had heard this was a great place to eat Mexican food but not so sure??

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have been to in a while. I am extremely impressed in the food and how fast they got it out to me. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Denies was one of the best waitress I have had in awhile.

Food and atmosphere we're outstanding! They were very busy but still provided great customer service.

Outstanding service and food! The staff were friendly. The food was good and prompt as well. The margaritas were awesome.
