Not sure why this location has an average 4.2 stars can't help but wonder if the people who gave positive reviews work there or knows someone who does. I went with my mom and brother in law. There server was nice enough but she clearly either had along day, didn't like her co-workers or didn't want to be there. The food was better then trash at least. I ordered a burger. The menu said it came with fries and for an additional I think it was about 3 or 4 dollars you could add a side salad, I wanted a small salad also so I did that. Got the salad but no fries. Since she clearly was already not in the best mood I wasn't about to say anything just to get a plate of, what probably would have been, dirty fries. The only thing I liked was the way the interior looked. Maybe we went on a bad night. And no we didn't go late it was about 630pm. Oh I did get a good laugh though, I could hear a little argument going on in the back and also heard they were out of quiet a few things. And my brother in-law ordered a specific cut of steak as he loves beef and is actually quite knowledge, it would take quite a lot to pull any kind of wool over his eyes. We of course all spoke of our experience and he told us his cut should have been juicy and fairly easy to cut but the reality was that it was tough  and definitely not juicy. He could definitely tell the cut he ordered was not what he was served. Again not sure why this Google page has four stars I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I liked or even disliked when I really think about it.

The server was pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered soup and then each had a small plate. My clam chowder was excellent and maybe one of the best bowls I've ever had even considering I just returned from the East Coast last week. But my husband soup chicken tortilla was just okay. I had buffalo wings and instead of being 6 it was like five wings and just a small small piece of white meat treated like a wing and served. They were precooked and just heated up and came out of the kitchen quickly. My husband ordered the meatball sausage bacon combo and it was also pre-cooked and way overdone. It must have been reheated in the microwave and was completely flavorless. The food was definitely overpriced for what you got. The location and Ambiance is fine but they need to work on their food

Pleasant, nice decor and ambiance, small (I like small and less noisy). Service is good and not intrusive. Not cheap, probably about par for the area. Looks less inviting from the outside (probably because of the specific location in an industrial area) but inviting once inside.

Very Disappointed!  To begin with, I asked for a raspberry lemonade, and the waiter brought me back tea.  Then I wanted to order a "Black & Bleu" salad, but it is no longer on the menu.  The Chef did offer to make it for me, however, there was maybe 2 cherry tomatoes, a couple of croutons and not even enough dressing to cover the lettuce.  Well, it wasn't even lettuce, it was all very large pieces of endives, which do not cut easily. 

While eating our lunch, my friend was biting into his sandwich when the waiter asked him if he wanted more soda.  Since his mouth was busy biting into his food, he waved his hand to motion no.  But that wasn't enough, the waiter then asked if he wanted water.  What part of "biting into a sandwich and I cannot answer you right now!" - doesn't scream WAIT!

Then when we were done eating, we were sitting there talking and all of a sudden this man comes over and just starts taking everything off of our table!  What - you can't wait 5 minutes to let us get up and leave?  The place was slow anyways.

This was my last time at Grille43.

I had the Grille burger, and it was amazing. Service was spot on, and the price was fair for the quality of my meal. Definitely returning with other friends!
