I was very pleased with my entire experience with the Grinnell Team.  Brent and Amalie took the time to negotiate the price I wanted, answered all my questions promptly, and were always pleasant to work with.  I felt like they always had my best interests in mind.  I am going to continue to use them to purchase additional rental properties and maybe sell a couple so I can upgrade also.  Thank you for making this simple, easy and an overall pleasant experience.  I've already recommended you to my friends and also to my renters as they are looking to buy a home.

The Grinnell Group showed my husband and myself several homes that were in our price range and took the time to find the perfect home for my family.  We are a large family, with multiple requirements in a home and they were very professional and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Two thumbs up to the Grinnell Group and a big "Thank You" for our beautiful home we plan on enjoying for years to come!!  Awesome #1 Group that I now recommend to our friends and family.

My wife & I recently purchased a home in the Ft. Smith area. The buying agent whose name is Casey Oliver was patient, answered all of our questions & helped guide us through the home buying process. We enjoyed his company & he was never pushy. We recommend the Grinnell group & will use their services in the future.
