Paralegal was extremely unfriendly on the phone and not helpful. Told me you can't do something when I knew, for a fact, a family member did it less than a year ago. Blocked me from speaking with the attorney until I demanded to speak with her. I had to leave a message with her, of course, to call me back. I called previously on a Friday and after being treated badly, I tried to call back to ask a couple of questions, the phone was not answered during business hours from 10a-2pm! When I finally asked for my money back to go with another firm, she started reminding me of the terms of our agreement. It was clear she has stated this a million times. This law firm should remember that people in bad situations requiring their assistance are scared and at an all time low in their lives. People don't file bankruptcy when their life circumstances are good! They need to be treated kindly and with patience. This is not something the general public has to do every day. Be patient and work on your customer service. Do not recommend using this firm!

I chose this law firm while going through my bankruptcy and I am so thankful that I did. From the moment I first met with Shari I felt welcomed and not alone through this tough journey. She laid out for me several options and explained to me what my best option would be. I had so many questions, which she answered throughly. This reassured me that her experience in this field was nothing but the best. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.

Shari is hands down the best in handling bankruptcy. She is very professional and always prompt with responses. She is organized,  knowledgable, she gave me great legal advice, and always showed concern and care in making sure my case was settled in a manner that was fair. I appreciate all she did and she absolutely followed through by helping me "wipe the slate clean and get off to a fresh start." Thanks for everything!

Working with Shari was the only thing that made a tough financial situation better. She made me feel comfortable at all times and I trusted her wholeheartedly with any concerns I had, even at the very beginning. She exhibited extensive knowledge and experience for the law. She fought for me and was able to give me a fresh start. I am glad I chose this firm and moreso, thankful I had the chance to work with Shari!

Shari changed my life when I was at the lowest of lows. She is an unbelievable lawyer and even better person. You should count yourself lucky if you have DeArmon in your corner!
