After I was in a car accident I thought I could handle all the paperwork and settlement myself. No big deal, right? Wrong! I had no idea how difficult dealing with insurance companies would be without legal assistance. The offer the insurance company had made me — and were showing no signs of budging from — was far less than what my medical bills had amounted too. I was still regularly making trips to the doctor, and my bills were becoming exponentially larger. 
Before I consulted Johnson, Vorhees & Martucci, I was in the process of being gravely taken advantage of by the insurance company. My lawyers at Johnson, Vorhees & Martucci, not only assured me that I was being taken advantage of, but after they took my on as their client, they kept me informed of any and all progress they were making in my case. 
I would highly recommend that anyone who thinks dealing with insurance companies is going to be a walk in the park to reconsider, and give JV&M a call! I guarantee that they will do everything in their power to help you get the justice you deserve.

I used this law firm, Joseph Weidhaus, to help me file a lawsuit after having a car accident.  Everyone at the office was very nice & helpful.  They were able to settle the claim out of court and all went very quickly & efficiently.

Johnson, Vorhees, & Martucci were an amazing group of individuals. They guinely care for the people that come to them. They did everything they could to make what was right in my case. They worked hard and in the end they still gave it their all. They fight for their clients. I would reccomend this Law Firm to anyone and everyone. They are dedicated and here for you.
