I highly recommend using John Kail. I have personally used him for Circuit court felony charges and municipal court 2006, 2007,2008. Each time settled with success! He is very professional and compassionate. John and Angie return all calls promptly  answering any questions. With Johns help and success I was able to get a second chance to turn my life around. I have sent several friends and family to him and each of them have had 5 star outcomes!
The most recent was..I trusted him with my son's case(2017). BEST CHOICE EVER!
With an unusual circumstance (felony charge) John went the extra mile to work hand n hand with a bail bondsman, hospital and judge to help my son!

I got a BUI (boating under the influence) along with a no wake/speeding violation over the summer on Table Rock lake. I live out of state but did my research online for the best attorney for DUI type cases such as this in the Springfield area. This attorney more than exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kail.

Law enforcement officials have high stress levels affiliated with their jobs.   Due to this as well as other factors, they do not always follow proper protocol with making arrests. As a result of this sometimes our  constitutional rights are violated.  Specifically the fourth amendment. I had an incident where the offices searched me as well as my property without probable cause. I needed a law firm that understood what I was going through as well as the knowledge to represent me.John Cale and his staff did an outstanding job on my case they were knowledgeable professional compassionate and stood behind what they said they would do because of their good work I was able to get my charges reduced and taken off my record.  I highly recommend them on any traffic or criminal defense case that you may have.

Very professional and easy to talk to about case.....John Kail and staff have given me a renewed appreciation and admiration for defense lawyers..... Very straight forward and direct responses to all my questions.   I hope I never need a defense attorney again, but if I do I will definitely contact their office.
