Just had a BAD expierience at somewhere I liked a lot ( untill today) I took my dogs to Groomingdales to get their har cut and so on . and was told they would give me a call when they were done . They did not call.... so I went over to check on the dogs and possibly pick them up and they were done !! but I asked why they didnt give me a courtesy call to let me know and the guy who runs the place started screaming and saying all I do is complain.... well yes I will complain if you are not holding your end of the deal. I try to shop local as much as I can and I absolutly love the women and her daughter who run the joint but the butt head I dealt with today was uncalled for.... swearing and haveing a hissy when asked why they didnt give me a call 
I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I SUGGEST OTHERS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.....
