I went there to get a turtle filter and some other accessories. I brought the stuff home to find there wasnt a manual and there were some missing peices. I went back up 2 hours later and i exchanged it for a different one and i inspected it in my car before i left and thank goodness i did because some of the tubing was cut and it was obviously used and brought back. So i went back in and they had me grab another one from the shelve and tried to get me to find all the peices between the two boxes. But i wasnt gonna sit there and try to put a puzzle together considering all the peices wernt there to begin with. So i asked for my money back. Im not the type of person to get upset with workers like that but they were very frustrating. Long story short i went to petsmart and got a brand new one that works great.

My family has been going to Petco for as long as I can remember. Now that I have pets of my own I still shop here. They are the only pet store that carries my cats brand of food, they have great deals and discounts, and they are always super helpful with giving recommendations on any pet supplies I have questions about or helping me out around the store! They are all the way across town from me but their service makes it worth the drive!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Grooming is a joke. Lady who helped us the 2nd time was as rude as it gets. I Went to have my pups nails trimmed and grinded.  She was a little skeptical at first ( her 1st time having them done) she was a little jumpy but did better then i expected her to do her 1st time and she ended up calming down. 
However they trimmed the nails terrible. And grinded maybe ONE FULL NAIL. and the lady said sorry its the best i can round them its crazy in here. NEVER ONCE BLAMED IT ON MY DOG NOT COOPERATING . 
They still tried to charge full price for doing HALF OF THE JOB. 
I went back into grooming when I noticed how awful they looked. And a different lady said "well we can try again or we just wont charge you" 
I told her it was not my dogs fault they didn't get done properly.  
And the other lady said they didn't get done good because it was crazy in there. 
Crazy or not they are " professionals "
And should be able to work no matter the crazy environment. 
Like I said even the nail trim was awful. All of my dogs nails are different lengths and some not even trimmed. 
I was so frustrated at this point no way I was going to let them "try again"
This is my 2nd day in a row I have gotten RUDE customer service from grooming. 
there is one lady there that actually looks like she wants to be there and is nice. 
All the others are as rude as can be. 
Will NOT be doing anymore business with grooming. 
I should have known to not go to a pet store to have grooming done. 
So frustrated with this place. 
2 days in a row nothing but rude service from grooming department. 
I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Store isn't the greatest thing, dimmly lit, always seems a little dirty. This place has great prices and friendly service
