I like this Petsmart. The staff is really nice and helpful. The store is always clean. I also use the grooming salon for my puppy. They normally do a great job. The one I wasn't happy with the groom they offered to have me bring him back in so they could fix it. I chose not to but I was glad they offered.

Brought my toy poodle in for cut appointment. Got her back after 3 hours. No bath, no cut. They clipped her nails and she smelled like they dumped some perfume on her. Basically she spent 3 hours in a cage. Wife said it was a zoo in there. They said she was nervous. NEVER again.

Went in just for kicks, and came out with a new member of my family. Its been a real joy having life around here again. The store was very helpful and kind , I got almost everything I needed in one shot that day.

This is a fairly new location, and is very well stocked. It's one of my favorite places to just go and browse and look at things for my kitten. On top of that, I am always tempted to get one of their hamsters. Store is clean, employee's are kind and knowledgeable.

Great place and glad to have one on the south west side of Cedar Rapids. We went to the grand opening of this place this morning. It was filled with people, but they were well staffed and well equipped to handle it. I’m sure we will be regular visitors. There were lots of freebies given out and the groomers and trainers came around and introduced themselves and what they can provide. Well done! Management started off on the right foot!
