Services Offered:

Long term care services focus on meeting the needs of residents through individualized care plans. Our team of compassionate caregivers work together with the residents and their support system to establish goals that enhance and maximize the quality of life of each resident!

Our caregivers are honored to lend support to families facing terminal illness and requiring specialized end-of-life and palliative care. Our private palliative care suite offers a place of solace for our residents and families.

Comforting Palliative Care

Our caregivers are honored to lend support to families facing terminal illness and requiring specialized end-of-life and palliative care. Our palliative care suite offers a place of solace for our residents and families.

Palliative Care Amenities:

-Large private room to comfortably accommodate 15-20 loved ones
-Private bathroom
-Round the clock complimentary comfort carts with an assortment of goods
-Large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable channels
-Comfy sofa and a large pullout chair for guests.

Individualized Residential Alternative Housing (IRAs): GCHCC offers two community residences that provides twenty-four hour care including room and board, food, and medical care for the developmentally disabled.
