The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't let me comment otherwise, but rest assured, they don't deserve it. I had a support group there, I showed up, waited, and not even the people running it showed up. I then called to ask why, and nobody knows anything, in fact, the first person I spoke with didn't know they conducted support groups, when the group meets on the opposite side of the wall from the front desk. Very poorly managed.

Could not even set up an appointment as an initial patient. No cultural sensitivity from the call center employees. My primary language is spanish and the two ladies that took my call were rude and had not even heard of my health plan even though 28 of their providers accept it. Not worth the headache.

you cant get ANYONE on the phone...utterly disappointing. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without one. I am sorry for anyone who has no choice but to go here. No help at all

Have a really bad injury to my arm, came here because i was seen in the ER for follow up and an MRI! Had the MRI at L&M found out CHC ordered it for the wrong part of my arm, the techs fixed the order, and never heard from CHC for 10 days so I called and asked for my results. I was told over the phone I had a significant injury to my arm and then told they cant even see me for over 2 weeks! Ive missed work and cant perform my job correctly so i called back asked for a writeup for my work and got a bland letter that just stated im going there for care and to give me light duty, mind you i cannot even bend my arm half the time! Dont ever go here, I wish i woulda checked the reviews first! They left me with no explanation on what to do, or what the next step is, it was just "one wrong lift and you could tear your entire elbow to shreds" was her quote, to see you in 2.5 weeks, oh no worries keep using your arm! No care instructions, no brace, sling nothing! Just a phone call! Worst medical service Ive ever had in my entire life!

They've misdiagnosed me 3 times. Poorly run rude people. I will never go there again.
