Food was good but the waiter could have been warmer, more attentive. Lacked customer service skills. The hostesses could have been warmer as well. Did not greet you as you walked in. Food was fantastic and so was the salsa girl. She could teach the others good customer service, very friendly.

Great place for a lot of great food and strong margaritas. Happy hour margarita was $4.50 and they did not skimp on the strength! New location so I imagine some of folks' service complaints are related to them working out the kinks. For us it was fantastic, enough food for two meals, delicious salsa made at your table, and music every Thur-Sun after 5pm which is fun. Would highly recommend, in city with many Mexican food options this is one of the best.

Good Mexican food! Had lunch with three families there last Saturday, and enjoyed it very much. I had my standard bean chimi, enchilada style, and it was done well. Good beans, nicely deep fried, tasty enchilada sauce. As a great added touch, at Guadalajara, they make hot sauce for you at your table...FRESH! Good stuff!

Not as good as I expected...my dish that was served in a lava rock kept on boiling long after it was served. It was too hot to eat until everyone else was almost done. I ate the rice and beans, guacamole and sour cream while trying to cool off the veggies enough to eat them. I had to take the main dish home. Although I tried to get the waitress's attention for more water, my glass was empty for quite a long time. Although I will eat my lunch for dinner tonight it wasn't quite the experience I had hope for. If there is a next time, in the future, I will most likely try a different dish.

Excellant dinner and outstanding salsa. Good attentiveness from our server, very polite and took care of our table very well. Highly recommend this grill.
