Mario is a very helpful and very reliable salesman. Before last Monday, I had never heard about Guarantee Auto. I came across an ad on Craigslist and found a truck at a great deal. After a test drive and some talking, we got an even better deal and left feeling very good about our purchase. I will absolutely tell my friends and family, as long as they deal with Mario. You couldn't ask for better customer service and reliability. Next day, my baby boy was born. New truck, new kid. Highly recommend, just know what you're looking for and don't be afraid to haggle.

Just bought my second vehicle from Guarantee Auto Group (Still have my first one and love it). Love the atmosphere and personnel. Easy to deal with and have never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want. LaNett and Mario make a great team and are extremely knowledgeable about both the vehicles and the sales process. Highly recommend this company to anybody thinking of buying a used car. They totally take the stress out of the buying process and truly work towards putting you in a vehicle that is both affordable and what you're are looking for. Thumbs up to you guys and look forward to doing business with you guys again!!

!!! UNSAFE FAMILY VEHICLES !!! THE WORST Experience WE HAVE EVER HAD! My Father and I recently went and financed a $30k dodge 2500 diesel .Mario And Lanett seemed more then happy to help us get the truck off the lot .Not even 50 miles later on our drive home we discovered a leak from the gas tank(someone tried to cover). We than took to our certified dodge dealer were it later was discovered there where more issues . The mechanics found that the front suspension was worn and dangerous to be driven due to all the slack in the steering, bare live wires under the hood and rear back seat as well as wires being zip tied to the brake peddle. Mario had sold me a fraudulent, inadequate warranty .This I didn't find out until  after a WEEK and a half, the service manager at dodge told us a third party inspector had to be brought in to look over the entire truck, just to find out absolutely nothing would be covered under our warranty . We contacted Mario who told us specifically to take it to one of his mechanics local to us , where it sat there for another 3 days to find out again under our warranty Mario sold us and sighed us up for nothing would be covered .at this time I am trying to contact Mario  To find out why my warranty is not covering ANYTHING .My calls start to go unanswered and forwarded ,or I get the "ill call you back in 10 min" with no returned call .A few days later my wife and I go back into the office to find out why no one is getting back to us. Mario acts like he has no idea what we are talking about , saying everything  should be fine(remember hes not returning our calls) .we let him take copies of the reports from both places it was took ,where in CAPS at the top of the report it stated nothing Would be warrantied .frustrated at this point we ask to cancel our warranty contract and did with Mario asking us to wait until Monday(its mid Friday afternoon ) with and answer from Lanett whether she would refund us our $600 out our pocket or see on her end what could be done to fix the situation . By 5:00pm Monday night no phone call. So I call just to be given a rude attitude like I am bugging( remember I am a PAYING CUSTOMER)just to be given the run around again. I am basically inconveniencing her at this point and bugging her, is the entire impression she's giving me. She specifically told me over the phone "well what would you like me to do.....write you a check" I asked her to please just make this right. The next day my wife and I head back to the office and when we walk in Mario said we were "pissing her off" and she was getting annoyed with us.(that alone was unprofessional and disrespectful). Lanett calls my name from her office ( how rude she cant even get up and greet me like a customer ) to then tell me to out of my pocket get the truck towed there  and her mechanic will look over it, and THEN MAYBE shell decide weather or not she would cover the cost.(in the most rudest manner).from this point I basically understood they did not care what so ever about my situation or helping me handling it. Sadly we are currently in the process of seeking legal action to see this situation made right. Please Please  Be Smart .THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST FINANCIAL EXPERIANCES EVER FOR ME!

I was looking for a used car in good condition at an affordable price and Guarantee Auto helped me find just what I was looking for. The staff is wonderful!! It is a family owned business and everyone was super helpful. All of my questions were answered and I felt like they went out of their way to find the car I was looking for. They got me the lowest interest rate and my overall experience was awesome. Thanks again Guarantee Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!
