My husband and I went into Sky River RV in Paso looking to get a window replaced and our experience was less than acceptable. We are both African-American when entering the main office there were three men who didn't speak or even look in our Direction we waited for about 10 minutes until we realized we weren't going to be serviced we spent our money elsewhere. Very disappointed and I do not suggest their services.

Went  into Sky River looking for perhaps an Airstream.  With the good help of the salesperson, we found a different brand that suited our cost and quality needs.  I do  not like shopping for cars and the such from  dealers, but this experience was different....no pushy sales people or "finance" mangers.  Everyone we worked with was personable and efficient.  Scott Walker helped us with our walk through, and did a terrific job.  He called back days after the sale when we were in possession and offered to  help us with any questions  that might have come up.

    This is actually for their Pismo Beach Sky River RV.  We bought a new Thor Challenger in May and, like most RV's I think, had a few problems.  I was a little concerned that since "we bought it" we might get a little less priority on getting the fixes.  The problems were small - a water leak, a propane indication problem and a question on how to work a remote control for the fire place and the shower stall wasn't seated firmly against the wall.  
    They were very accommodating for the appointment time.  While they were looking at the propane gauge problem they noticed our propane was actually low.  The tech was tenacious and found a small leak in the pressure regulator.  THEY REPLACED IT ON THE SPOT.  No waiting and we didn't have to make a return trip and it appears to be a better regulator than the factory unit.  
    After our first trip we noticed that the fresh water tank drained when we drove.  On the way into the shop to get the shower stall re-glued with my wife following me she noticed that water was leaking from the rig.  So while it was in for a few days they contacted Thor and found a fix for the problem.    
    When we got home from that fix the water pump developed a leak.  We were a few days from going on a long trip in the RV and I only had one day that I could drive it in.  They had a full day of work, but when I explained my time jam they said come on it.  One of the service managers did the work personally.  He checked the pump and got a new one that appears to be better than the one that came with the rig.  I was out in a couple hours - problem fixed. 
    In three times to the Pismo Beach shop we were always treated with great respect and found the technicians to be very courteous, knowledgeable and competent. 
    All in all I feel like we received better treatment than I would expect from "really great" service.
