I think they are a rip off! They charge so much money to tow you and if you take your vehicle to their lot unless you have alot of money gorget ever being able to get your vehicle out.! The owner is s rude Jerk who only tries to make a buck off of your unfortunate circumstances! I would rather burn my car to the ground than let them have my vehicle. They towed my trailer and because i am disabled I didn't have sny money to get it out. They told me that I could come pick up my stuff inside which was all my possessions. when I got there I couldnt take my friend who came to help me in with me. I had only 15 minutes to get all of my stuff or he was going to charge me 100$ an hour. Because I am disabled I wasnt able to get half of my stuff! They treat people with disdain and disrespect! like I said if I had my way I would rather burn it then let them have it. Unfortunately they are in cahoots with the police and are used by them! you can't even call your own tow truck when on an accident which I think is ridiculous! I refused to let them take my car to their yard because I knew I would never see it again. I had them take to my son's house and had to pay them $250!!! Like I said rip offs!

Don't waste your time anduse another local type company. This company had me wait over a hour for a tow truck that never showed up.
