This is the worst Bank that I ever visited. Workers are really unprofessional in their positions, even the manager. Seems they do not know what are they doing. They are not excited to help or explain for people who do not clear about the process. To be honest, beside the convenience for people to draw and deposit in, there are not anything helpful from this place. There is a TCF bank in the Cupfood in midway, there are much much helpful and awesome. Really scare of this place. Never visit this place again.

Very unprofessional, I had to speak with three different employees and a manger to close my account. Glad to be done with TCF! I'm happy with my new bank and would not recommend TCF to my friends or family.

Most incompetent management I've ever dealt with. Tried multiple times to set up a business checking account and every time they would say "we need one more thing", I get what they asked for just for them to tell me I need something else. How about make a checklist of everything I need for the account in the first place I don't have to keep coming back? Huge waste of time.

I like that the employees represent the community well. I have never had an issue here. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've never heard their personal conversations take priority over customers' needs.
