This review is a mixed bag, really. They didn't call me to schedule a delivery, even though they had the package for three days. By the middle of the fourth day, I was calling anyone and everyone just so I could pick it up, rather than wait for the delivery. Once I got in contact with someone, I scheduled a pickup the next day. Although I was a massive pain in the neck, they treated my kindly and professionally, so I have no real complaints with that part of it.

 Truly, if they would have called within 48 hours of receiving the package, I would have no complaints with Guardian. But when they received it on a Friday and I had to call them the following Thursday (instead of the other way around), that's an awfully long time for it to sit there. So - three stars.

 But I will extend my thanks to Bridgett and Rod, who helped me out as best as they could. At the end of the day, I was satisfied.

This company is the worst in any industry I have ever dealt with. I almost never write reviews, but I am incensed by every interaction (and various lack of interaction when they stop answering their phone and don't return their calls for days during their operating hours. It took them a week to pick up my item from the shipper, a process I was told would take 1-2 days. When they did pick up the item, it took them several more days to call me about setting up a delivery time. When they called, I returned the call within the hour but it took 3-4 more days of multiple phone calls to get anyone to call me back to schedule or even answer their phone. When they finally scheduled a time to deliver, I was told it would be Friday afternoon. After the window passed with no phone call, we started calling them. After numerous attempts to reach someone, they told us to stay put, they were stuck in traffic. Another 90 minutes passes, we call back again and are told that there was a problem with one morning delivery that put them behind but they were still on their way. Another call 90 minutes later, we received another lie about them being on their way. Finally around 9pm, someone from corporate called and said the driver was over their allotted hours for the week and the afternoon deliveries had to be cancelled. We were lied to by multiple people, on multiple occasions. We were told that someone would call Saturday morning to set up another day/time, and 3 days passed with no phone call. Finally we called multiple times again, were told they would deliver our item as the first of the day on our scheduled day due to all of our issues (and their multiple lies and our conversations with others from their company), and of course that didn't happen either. I have never dealt with a more incompetent, rude, corrupt company in my life. It is astonishing to me that anyone does business with these people. Avoid them at all costs or you will likely waste entire days (MULTIPLE) of your PTO time sitting around and waiting for something that will NEVER come.

Too bad I have to give this company at least one star.  Had a phone message on a Wednesday telling us our mattress would be delivered the next day.  Thursday came and went - no mattress.  Called back on Friday and was told we'd be on the schedule for delivery on Saturday.  Saturday came and went - again, no mattress.  Called the next Monday morning and was told we were on the schedule for delivery and that'd delivery up until 6 p.m.  Well, guess what?  The scheduler kept asking if we were near Fort Wayne, IN, which is two hours northeast of Indianapolis.  No, I said we were just 30 minutes south of your office.  Incredible!  Too bad we didn't have a choice of delivery services.  Starting to think I should just rent a truck and go pick it up myself!

I normally never write reviews but this experience was aweful.

We ordered an eliptical from Nordic Track that shipped the day after we ordered it. The shipping origin was somewhere in California, and it got delivered to their warehouse 5 days after we ordered it per our online tracking link. From there it sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks. They were supposed to contact us to schedule a delivery which never happened. Finally started calling around to get their number. After tracking down the proper contact information for Bridget (their home delivery coordinator) they could not give me a definitive date on when they could get it to me. I ended up having to drive to Indy with my trailer behind my SUV to pick up the package at their warehouse. Completely disorganized and terrible customer service.  I wouldn't recommend them to move anything for anyone.
