The guys that showed up to move were awesome! They were friendly, professional, polite, efficient, and went above an beyond for me.
They got a refrigerator into my basement, which was no easy task! They were making the job fun for each other by poking fun at each other. Totally made moving on a cold day more enjoyable.

I only write reviews if something is awesome or horrible. These guys were awesome! It was -9 degrees when they arrived, and they had to move me to a town two hours away—I never heard one word of complaint. They were very polite and professional and extremely quick! The company had blocked off 6.5 hours for my move—we were done in 3.5. I highly recommend them!

Jay's was very efficient!  They came in under the estimated price which I was very happy with.  I would work closely with a Jay's customer service rep to make sure your moving list of items is accurate.  I felt if it wasn't on the list they weren't moving it on some of my items.

By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had! The guys were kind and courteous, took precautions to keep my floors clean and undamaged (in both the old and new house). They went the extra mile to wrap all furniture in protective material and at the end of the day, absolutely nothing was damaged. They were quick and efficient and my end cost was less than the original estimate. Highly recommend Jay’s!

Had horrible weather but the 4 man crew was extremely fast and efficient.  Aside from being professional, they were just very nice guys.  The company's process is very organized from the moment you request an estimate with a lot of communication on their part up to the move date.  Moving is never fun but was definitely much smoother using Jay's.
