Worst delivery service I've ever experienced with a pizza joint. Pre-ordered online for a group lunch at work, ordered was accepted, but didn't show up on time. Multiple calls to get an explanation, most unanswered, and multiple explanations that it was on its way, only to finally get it an hour late even though they are located 5 minutes away.  Gave two stars instead of one because the pizza tasted decent, but cold.

When buying a pizza subs they tell you it has pepperoni and 3 items. 3 out of 4 times they do not have pepperoni. Tried to solve by letting them know ahead of time, and they say they know that. Yet again to have a sub not made correctly. Generally they resolve the problem with a credit or something. I usually don't leave reviews but this has happened multiple times. It gets old to call and complain most of the times you order. Besides that the food is good.

On February 25th my family placed a delivery order online like we have done a few times in the past an employee contacted me shortly after saying they don't deliver to my location and can I just come and pick it up. Unfortunately  that was not an option at the time so I told them that they could just cancel the order and I asked when the transaction would be reversed and she said she would do it as we were on the phone she told me to hold and was heard talking to someone in the background she then came back and said your all set it has been taken care of on Febuary 27th the transaction to withdraw the payment posted to my bank account and the funds have not been returned yet. Called the location to inquire about this and received no help and was told to take it up with my bank or leave a comment online via the contact us option.

Pizza is pretty good, and it's close to the house.

They lose a star for timing as the food is almost always late (save lunch time). They just need to work on their timings. Tell me my food will be ready in a half hour and I'll be there and ok with waiting another 3-5 minutes. Tell me my food will be ready in 15-20 and then make me wait any extra 15 minutes when I get there... now that gets a little frustrating.
