Bought a Gallien Krueger 2001rb bass head online from this Guitar Center. It was advertised as in excellent condition, it was far from it. Bent rack handles, scratches, and it wouldn't even power on. The quality control at this Guitar Center is aweful.

I went in there to buy a guitar... After a couple of not so knowledgeable sales staff I luckily was greeted with a smile by Melissa.  Melissa was great, she knew a good amount and did not BS what she did not know.  She explained the warranty very well and mentioned every accessory I needed along with my guitar purchase.  If you go here ask for Melissa.

Customer service at this location always seems to act indifferent every time I visit. A couple times I showed up at night only to find they've closed up early which is really irritating since I have to drive all the way across PSL to get here. But the absolute biggest offense is whoever the hell their Guitar Technician is. I say that because after TWELVE VISITS he/she never seems to be there! The excuses ive gotten so far include:

"He's on lunch break"
"He's off today"
"Her car broke down"
"He's sick today"

Its crazy but im not making this up. All me and my sis want is a routine string tune-up and to get the tremble bar on one of our guitars fixed. How the heck can you run a Guitar Center when the tech him/herself is never at work??? The only saving grace here is they keep the showroom floor well kept and stocked with plenty of unique instuments and items for them and that's all I can give them. Overall this is such a terrible GC location. And that REALLY sucks because in Port St. Lucie there's no other alternative in town. Waste of time, period.

Had knowledgeable staff. Thier used selection I'd AWESOME. Grate drum set as well.
