Poor service ... Poor product We purchased a home 2 years ago that had a new LG stove/oven in it that had been purchased from Jetson's just before the house was put up for sale. We didn't live in the home full time until 4 months ago and two days ago tried to use the clean function for the first time. The thermometer failed during the clean when the oven overheated and it just totally shut down--now there is no power to both the stove and oven and the door is locked--it is entirely nonfunctional and I'm without a working stove/oven. We called Jetsons repair department that day and were told someone would be out later in the day...no one came. The next day, we called to ask when the repairman would be coming and were told he would come in a few hours. He eventually showed up ($85) and told us we needed a new thermometer and that he would be back today to install it. Well...he didn't show up again and didn't call. When it got to be later in the afternoon, we called him and his response was, "They had to order the part and I'm not sure when we will get it in. Maybe next week sometime.... " I got online, found the part number and will have it tomorrow--we will fix it ourselves. Too bad we called them..and too bad we have an LG stove that was purchased from their store. We moved from a town that had a wonderful locally-owned appliance store that stood behind their products, responding promptly and communicating with us when repairs were needed (this was rare). Jetson's doesn't seem to value their customers. I will not be shopping with them or using their repair service again.

3 weeks now since they promised to fix the problem. And, for last 3 weeks they don't even return calls. The absolute worst service anywhere ever! Criminal.

They're absolutely thieves and stole my money don't go there the salesman was Michael Fisher don't trust that guy

This St Lucie West store is awesome. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Bobby and from there my experience was nothing but pleasurable. He showed me many of the premium appliances they carry which made it tough to choose. But I did and I couldn't be happier.
