Got some new phones  they say if I return the phones I get up to $400 bucks. A month  later still did not give me the money. There quick to take you money but never give you your money. And has terrible Customer service. Sprint is a stupid place to switch to, it has terrible Customer service, and cost too much. I do not recommend switching to Sprint😠

They are the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lied about the plans and costs and then stick it to you by charging you for a phone they said you own at no charge. After being a customer for over 20 years I am going somewhere else.
