Staff was very nice and willing to help, bought a $450 guitar along with strings and picks, paid to have it restrung for 20 dollars, asked the guitar tech to wipe it down since i just bought it and it was covered in fingerprints and grime, and the guitar tech acted like i was asking for something crazy and said id need to purchase another service to have it cleaned. Really? Give you almost 500 dollars and they can't wipe grime and fingerprints off? He took some paper towels and gave it a half hearted wipe, basically just smearing the dirt on it. Definitely a bad way to end to a good visit!

Went into the Wilmington DE store today. Spent 15 minutes or more in the drumming section looking for what I came for while the drum employee spent the whole time playing electronic drums. Never even acknowledged my presence. Lost sale! The employee in the guitar area did give the advice I was looking for about strings. Sale made there. But at the checkout near the entrance I was made to feel like I wasn't supposed to be there. Treated me like I was interrupting his personal time. Will be the last time I go to that store..

Good selection. Although the staff was not helpful as I waited for over an hour to buy a drum kit. I waited as the ONE person the had was busy with an customer for over an hour and past his shift. No one else came to help. I asked and they said they were sending someone over to help me and no one had shown. I will not be shopping here again

Great selection, no pressure from sales to pick a guitar that you new was right for you not being pressured guitar players don't like somebody telling them what guitar they need and how it sounds. Went with Taylor koa wood Mini killer sound in a small package.

Big chain music store so you get a large selection. Best to go there with an idea of what gear you want before hand. Mom and pop stores might be more knowledgable but if you know what you want you can usually get it right away at guitar center.
