Used to be very good, but now it has very bad customer service and very rude. Telling me $35 for a SIM card, while its way cheaper online on the t-mobile website and other t-mobile stores(I called Christina mall, and asked), and I asked if I don't activate it, could be it returned, and I got a weird face from the sales rep (looked liked manager), and a aggressive "No"

This store has gotten way worse with in 2 years. Not back to this store ever again!!!
