I have been here twice in the past year. The staff is very kind and understanding. You get the same quality care every time. They definitely care about your well being. The wait is short, I only spent a little over an hour here yet it wasn't busy. Would return and highly recommend!

Friendly front desk, and we were in quick on a Monday morning. PA-C Switzer was very helpful and has a great personality. Highly recommend.

Loved this place! Doctor was so great with my 5 year old and gave her the absolute best care possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this area or visiting this area like us. The staff was also extremely pleasant and polite. Wait time was minimal and cost was VERY reasonable.

The front desk associate was very unprofessional as she was more worried about her conversation with her working cohort than patient care when checking in. She was also chewing gum in front of patients. Extremely unprofessional. She was far more worried about collecting the charges than getting patients the help they need. The med tech was very pleasant and professional. Don't know her name but she had long blonde hair and was married. She worked promptly and was very polite--excellent patient care! The doctor was the most unprofessional of them all. He didn't even look at the physical form that I was there to have completed until I requested him to look at it. He didn't take the form into the room when he was conducting the actual physical! Would not recommend this office to anyone who lives here or is visiting on vacation.

I'm vacationing in FWB, needed urgent care so went here. Friendly, staff. Saw a PA, he was very kind and helpful.
