Absolutley horrible experience dealing with these people. Watch your wallet for charges upon charges thrown at you with wild abandon.

I have utilized Gulf Coast managing my properties for many years; their service and communication has been excellent. Their marketing, tenant selection, and unit inspection are a cut above your usual property management org.  As an owner, tenant evictions are the most difficult things to manage; they have been on top of the couple of issues that we had. I don't usually recommend; however they have been such a great partner that i felt obligated to say something.

I have dealt with a few management companies. One as an owner and now three as a tenant.  GCMG is great. They have been fast and helpful in every way imaginable. I truly appreciate that the headaches I had with the previous company are now a thing of the past.

I rented a property that over saw for three years and when I moved out they not only kept my security deposit but they also charged my mother $9000 claiming that I left all sorts of trash in the house and holes in the walls and that the place was filthy.  Which is all a bunch of lies.  The homeowner was already planning on repainting and replacing the carpet before putting the house on the market because it had been a rental property for over five years.  I was a very neat and clean tenant and only had to move because the owner wanted to sell and I couldn't afford to buy.  I don't appreciate the false accusations towards me and the lies they told.  They ripped my mother off and should be ashamed of themselves.  I did not leave the place filthy and there were no holes in the walls.  I ran a cleaning company and was a professional at doing move out cleans.  They are liars and thiefs.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Great company to deal with. They have been managing the rental of my condo for over 5 years. They have been responsive to requests from the tenant and have kept me informed every step of the way during repairs. I have been given personal cell phone numbers so I have complete access to the manager whenever I need it. Calls are returned in a timely manner and issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to manage other properties. Keep up the good work Kim and team!
