I didn't even have to set a single foot in this office to be treated like CRAP. Connie is rude, unhelpful, uncaring, simply put "She's hateful". Thank you though for treating me like crap on the phone. I automatically knew I'd rather drive 75 miles to Bay Oral and be treated like a patient fixing to have oral surgery than drive the 20 miles to Gulf Coast and be treated so mean and uncaring.  I wouldn't trust this place to put me to sleep for oral surgery. I'm pretty sure I can pin point the reason Gulf Coast only has 2 1/2 stars and her name is Connie.

Connie was very rude and not helpful on the phone. Hung up on me quickly after answering one question, no goodbye or have a nice day. I called back to speak to someone else but she claimed she is the only one there all day every day. I wouldn't go here if it was my last option .

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time unless you want to be treated like $h*t. 
They should NEVER EVER let that woman answer phones/ talk to patients. Going to inform everyone NOT to go there.
