These guys do a great job taking care of my company and personal cars. Great customer service 😊

They were very nice people and had excellent customer service. 

I brought my car in for an inspection and they found a couple of things wrong (all of which were legitimate). They quoted me around $1300 in repairs which raised some suspicions. 

The big whammy was they wanted to replace the entire exhaust system because of a broken hanger and a leak in the muffler. 30 minutes with a welder and some putty resolved these issues thoroughly. I went through the rest of the list and fixed all other issues, spending about $50 on parts. 

When I brought the car back to get reinspected they would not pass the car because I opted to do modular repairs to the exhaust as opposed to replacing it. They printed me out an official looking piece of paper that detailed why they could not pass the car.

I was still suspicious at this point, so I just brought my car to another shop and it passed without an issue.

They we're nice people, they seemed honest, I just felt like they were trying to squeeze every dollar out of me that they could. Customer service is an essential part of business but in the end it's the result that matters. In this case, the end result was I had to pay two different shops to get my car inspected.

Being new to the area, I searched google and read reviews before choosing this car repair and inspection location. 
I gave 4 stars because I feel as though the one improvement that should be made is a better communication about how long an inspection will take. I dropped it off the night before and didn't hear anything for a few hours. They ended up needing to make repairs, but I waited quite a bit longer than I expected before receiving a call about the repairs. 

Now onto the important points: 

- Professional & Good customer service over the phone and in person (which is not always easy to come by!). 
- I did not feel 'jipped' or sold on anything that was pertinent.
- I was given a list of things to keep an eye on and/or things that may need future attention (due to general wear and tear). 

I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This place is incredible. Always kind and courteous, they make sure to look over the vehicle fully and then some to ensure it's receiving the attention it needs. Their attention to detail is top notch. Will have and always will recommend this shop for any and all automotive work to anyone.
