Chad, Nikki and the team performed above and beyond today. I brought my wife's car in without an appointment as the heat on the passenger side stopped working. With a totally full schedule, a mechanic out sick and no appointment, they got the problem diagnosed and repaired by 4:30 on the same day!! Cannot say enough about this level of service. Outstanding Service, Positive Can Do Attitude and very professional. If you are looking for great service from a great team, give Merrimack Auto a call to schedule an appointment!!

I think we all want to find that one place where we can confidently take our car and know that we'll be treated fairly and honestly. This is that place. Your car will be serviced professionally and expertly. More importantly, Chad and the team respects you. Believe me, you won't ever want to go anywhere else.

MAC is great. I was in and out in no time for my inspection and I didn't even have an appointment. Waiting area is well set up. The staff is also very friendly.

Service above and beyond the call. My wife was very nervous about the check engine and brake lights on our Subaru. I asked them to do a quick diagnostic, and short time later my wife left with a minor repair accomplished and a surprisingly small bill. They are always helpful, accommodating, and above all, honest. We're big fans.

My first time into Merrimack Auto center and everything went off without a hitch! I appreciate the professionalism of Niki and Chad. I've had bad luck with auto repairs in the past and realize it's very difficult to find an honest and professional anything these days! Finally a place I can feel comfortable bringing my vehicles and know I won't get "fleeced" as they say. Highly recommended and my new first call shop!!
