Had a great experience over at Kincaid.  Had a complete cab and bed replacement on my F350 after I hit black ice and wrapped it around a metal pole.  Was a huge job; the truck looks, feels, and drives like nothing ever happened to it, actually,  better than it was before the crash!  They handled all the claim work with the insurance company and kept me in the loop with all the work being done.   I would say they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the truck was done right, not rushed.  Bill, Kevin, Paige and everyone else was great to deal with and I highly recommend the work and the experience.  They were able to quickly find used parts for this model year, and even sent some of them back if they weren’t in great condition.  What else can you ask for? Thanks guys!

Kincaid is the best Auto Body Shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, kind, family owned business that will repair your car as good as new.  I decided to use them when my car got damaged because I used to work for a car rental company, and in that industry you tend to learn which body shops are the best, and also which cars break down the most.  Out of the hundreds of body shops, Kincaid was always the one who got the job done right, in time, and made every customer happy.  I always heard great things about them from our customers, and they were also the most personable body shop I would deal with over the phone.  I recommend them to all my family and friends, because they truly are the best at what they do and are great people to top it off.  Thanks Kincaids for going above and beyond for us!
