The staff are ALWAYS so helpful and calm, even when their computers were all down. Love to go to this branch. I'm older and expect a quiet library but at least it's being used by young and old alike, so the noise is a minor by-product. Great place!

The employees work hard to help you, not lazy. A employee couldn’t find a book but it was soon returned and she came and gave it to me.

I was waiting in line so I thought to be helped...but it was actually two employees just carrying on a long conversation not acknowledging my presence...the extremely heavyset gentleman looked at me and kept talking. I stood there for a least two minutes...then another staff member asked me if I needed assistance.

This is a TINY branch. As other reviewers stated, the book selections are VERY limited. I can never really find what I'm looking for so I've learned to search the catalog before I even go and request books from other branches. They do not have any actual help desks, just podiums placed near the entry. The employees are extremely helpful though.
