The staff is very friendly to all people. They updated recently and now have an easy to use check out in addition to services like printing, copying, and scanning. I find the atmosphere relaxed and positive.

I've been going regularly from daily to weekly, thru their easy to tough economical times and have always found the librarians helpful, truthful, patient, friendly and invaluable! I have been a regular for over 14 years. I love going there. Peachtree Corners branch librarians treat everyone the same, despite race, religion, etc. This is not done in most libraries in Gwinnett. They have extended so many courtesies to kids to help them in anyway. They are open to suggestions that offer conducive help to patrons of every age. I just wish they offered more classes at this site for adults. I hope they never close. Whatever other library you are visiting, you might want to consider giving this branch a try. It's not the largest, but you won't lack whatever you need, and they are so nice and friendly! They now have a much younger staff which aren't as professional or friendly as the former mature staff. I've never had a problem at this branch in all these years. If you want Public libraries to be more updated or offer better technology, give a personal financial donation. Members can just offer $15 (or more). This helps out a lot and it's a tax writeoff! But, I do stay completely away from the Norcross Branch off Buford Highway. J. Ward

It's old. It smells old. The selection is meager. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it's there, it just isn't the best library.
